Caribbean Legend: Age of Pirates changes
Greetings, captains!
We continue to polish the game based on your reports and are releasing patch-fix 1.1.2 for the current version of the game.
Quests & Story
DLC «Sea Dogs» («The Leper»):
Removed redundant dialogue with an ordinary inquisitor. Now Carl can only be handed over strictly to the Grand Inquisitor.
Fixed the main character getting stuck in a bench in the Santo Domingo tavern after talking to the boatswain.
Fixed a bug where the inquisitor was missing from the execution if the player had previously killed all NPCs inside the Inquisition building.
French Questline: The mission to rescue Roche Brasiliano now progresses correctly (the Grand Inquisitor temporarily leaves the Inquisition building during this quest, preventing a softlock).
- English QuestlineFixed an incorrect spawn of the character replacing Mansfield in the 8th quest.
Pirate Questline: The entry about eliminating Edward Low now appears in the logbook in a timely manner, including when entering the global map.
The tavern room doors are now securely locked until the end of the fight with the wench's "boyfriend" to avoid unexpected bugs when exiting the location.
Fixed an error (softlock) in the dialogue branch with the wench's suitor.
Gameplay
Fighter officers have been returned to the store trade interface — their inventory is now correctly displayed during trading again.
Maps can now be viewed directly through the "Miscellaneous" tab (previously they were only displayed via the cartographic atlas).
A large number of text fixes and translation errors have been resolved across all language versions.
Technical Fixes:
Fixed an error that caused a black screen when certain loading illustrations appeared.
A minor general code refactoring has been performed.
Fixed an annoying bug where game time would spontaneously accelerate after ending dialogues.
Locations, Models & Visuals
Fixed a strange hole in the 3D model of Guadeloupe island.
Fixed a visual artifact on the floor in one of the tavern models.
Fixed the "Flying Dutchman" model. Algae and moss on the hull are now correctly displayed on both sides (previously they were invisible from the stern).
