Greetings, Captains! We have promptly prepared a small technical update that fixes several errors discovered immediately after the release of patch 1.0.3. The main focus is on fixing "softlocks" in quests.

fixedQuests and StorylineThe Stars have aligned: Eliminated the risk of a softlock when searching bodies in the jungle: during the combat phase behind the gates, opening the loot menu is temporarily disabled to avoid interrupting dialogue logic. Looting functionality returns after the phase is completed. Fixed the character getting stuck in the mine. The location is now blocked until Teaser Dan enters it according to the story.

Gameplay and Mechanics

  • Fixed a bug where the "Pre-reload" perk could remain in an infinite cooldown (CD) state.

  • The block on the interface for hiring and firing sailors has been removed. Previously, if another captain visited the tavern, access to crew management was closed for 3 days. Now the sailor firing function is always available.

  • Your companions now move correctly through large cabins if you have granted them access to these rooms.

  • Chests washed ashore can now appear in bays where they did not appear before.

Technical Part and Interface

  • Restored correct restart of the sound scheme in the game's start menu.

  • Fixed an error where music was not playing during a storm.

  • Excessive spray and wakes at the ship's sides now correctly disappear after the storm ends.

  • Implemented an additional fix for lighthouse lighting.

  • Adjustments were made to the layout of some interface windows for more correct display.

  • Another package of text fixes in all language versions of the game.

The update will be installed automatically. It is fully compatible with your current saves.
