These changes comes after some player feedback, hope you enjoy them.
Added a way to end a turn with a seperate button (space on a keyboard and back on a controller)
Visuallise with a highlight if you have something to draw from your deck
Made Controlling Dentist a 2 cost card, but removed the 1 hurt effect. It was just confusing when you ended a turn with 0 gold and the dialog still popped up
