We’re incredibly excited to announce that Cards and Dungeons is officially out now on Steam! After countless late nights, intense playtesting, and more than a few runs that ended in disaster (curse you, hidden counter!), our small family team is thrilled to finally release our game into the world.

You can grab it now for just $9.99, with a 20% launch discount for a limited time.

Cards and Dungeons is a blend of everything we love as players: the tension of a roguelike, the strategic depth of deckbuilding, and the satisfying "click" of real-time action. We’ve designed the game to be easy to pick up but difficult to master, where every card you play is a powerful boon that comes with a hidden cost.

Here’s what awaits you in the depths:

  • Choose Your Hero: Start with a unique cast of heroes, each with their own ability and playstyle. Unlock more as you descend.

  • Master the Cards: Equip up to three powerful cards per run. Use them to unleash devastating attacks and tactical abilities, but beware—every card played pushes you closer to a random punishment!

  • Descend into Deadly Dungeons: Explore procedurally generated floors filled with monsters, traps, and shifting biomes. No two runs are ever the same.

  • Loot, Upgrade, and Grow StrongerCollect gold, mana, and experience gems to level up mid-run. Between runs, unlock new cards and permanent upgrades to push even deeper.
  • Built for Replayability: With multiple heroes, hundreds of card combinations, and punishing risk-reward mechanics, the dungeon will keep calling you back.

  • Full support in English, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, and Catalan.

We’re just three developers—a father and two sons—who love making games together. Cards and Dungeons is the culmination of that shared passion, and we’re so proud of what we’ve built. Now, we can’t wait to see the creative (and crazy) strategies you come up with.

💬 If you run into any bugs, have a brilliant idea for a new card, or just want to share your winning deck builds, please reach out on the Steam forums or join our Discord. As a small team, we’re always listening and are committed to making the game the best it can be with your help.

Thanks for playing—and good luck surviving the depths!
