The Snow Sprite has begun scattering glitter across Cardhuntria and that can mean only one thing: the Grand Winter Festival is nearly upon us. Festivities will run all the way through January 12. Throughout this cheerful span the Holiday Shop opens its frosty doors and the multiplayer queue rotates onto special snow-dusted boards. Cuthbert has also unpacked a fresh shipment of seasonal figures, so if you have ever wanted to send a Firestorm from inside a gingerbread suit, now is the moment.

Loot Fairy Madness sprinkles extra sparkle over adventure chests
Crafting costs drop by 25 percent which means fewer shards and more shiny toys
Weighted Loot is turned up so legendaries feel just a tad less legendary to find
