addedSteam post image SCORE ATTACK mode: Don’t feel like taking on a quest? Just want to hit runs and score tons? Try the new Score Attack mode where you have 20 overs (120 balls) to blast as many runs as possible. Some of early testers have cracked the 300 run barrier! Steam post image NEW WILLOWS AND DECKS: Finally, we are able to show off some of our new Willows -- powerful bats that have special perks and their own card deck.
changedThe Willow of Automation: Auto-matches your first card each challenge
changedExpress: Pace bowlers that decrease your health/timer much faster.
changedIntimidator: HOWZATs do 50% extra damage this over.
addedSteam post image MORE TRINKETS: We’ve added another 20+ trinkets and reworked a few existing trinkets to fit the game theme better. Lucky socks that grant extra runs, Fidget spinners that negate spin bowlers, even a Dodgy Scorebook that adds an extra run 'by accident'. STORY EVENTS: Finally, adding the quest into Card Cricket Quest. We now have light-hearted story scenarios where your character is faced with minor dilemmas that have major consequences... REWORKED ONBOARDING: We’ve reworked the onboarding/tutorialisation to be clearer and explain some of the gameplay concepts that may not be so obvious. Earlier quest challenges are slightly easier to reduce frustration and educate new players. MORE TEAMS: More international teams added as opponents with bowling lineups that reflect that country’s strengths. For example, Australia has lots of quicks and Elites, whereas subcontinental teams like Sri Lanka are more spin-heavy. Well, hopefully you get the idea that our next demo is a big one. We'll send out another newsletter when it's ready to download in a couple of weeks!
