Localization! (and accessibility tweaks)

Car Puzzler now supports localization. Hopefully this makes my game more accessible for everybody. Hint at where you can find Tutorials and main game rules overview were added as well :).

addedCar Puzzler now supports localization . Hopefully this makes my game more accessible for everybody. Hint at where you can find Tutorials and main game rules overview were added as well :). As I've recently added localization system with simple csv parser into BonVoyage! , I've decided to port it to my first game as well for all of you to enjoy and maybe even replay :). https://store.steampowered.com/app/1081890/BonVoyage/ First batch of added languages includes German (thanks to Josef), French (thanks to Yann) and Slovak translation. Any additional language can be added later. if you want to participate in translation, please let me know!
