Capslock Early Access Release !

Hey Cappers,

Welcome to the official early access release of Capslock! We are so thrilled to be putting out our cozy keyboard designer and are very excited to see your designs ! Capslock has been in development for just shy of a year and it is our very first game (from a hobbyist duo), we’ve had a blast learning the ropes and we hope you have as much fun playing Capslock as we had making it !

For the first 7 days of release, Capslock will be on a 10% discount. 🎉🎉

We would like to give a huge thank you to those who played our game in its Beta phase and gave us amazing feedback. We appreciate each and every hour of gameplay!

Recently, Capslock has had a huge UI upgrade & this has been our focus for the last few weeks of development.

Updated Catalogue

Updated key menu

Capslock is released with 263 custom keycaps, 132 skins and 276 symbols! We also have 9 custom fonts to choose from, a wide range of coloured key options, and unique lighting choices.

In our release, the newest content features more colour variations! (for a full list see bottom of post)

DEVELOPMENT

Since our last update, we've been hard at work on the following;

• System-wide UI revamp

• Custom text improvements

• Text appearing as you type feature

• Tooltip UI improvements

• New title UI

• Improvements on randomise & unslot functions

• Items player cannot afford in shop are now greyed out

• Keys selected disappear while using the colour picker on fonts and icons, they reappear when selected - to allow the user to see colour choices in real time

• Custom lighting now sells for value

• Added DLSS and FSR2 support

• Post processing and rendering improvements

• Added Depth of Field and Shadow control

• New feature song

• Upgraded SFX

• Certain keys now have custom SFX when placed: piano, vinyl, bell, duck

• Feature music streamlined between boards/scenes

• Splash background image
