Repeated intro

Hello, fellow gamers!

What changed

  • UI and audio
  • Gameplay
  • Compatibility
changedWe are also very happy to announce that our team has welcomed a new member—the game-loving music producer Funkey has officially joined! Funkey previously worked on GBA game music, and in the future he will compose soundtrack that perfectly matches the retro and joyful atmosphere of Cap 'n Barr's Adventure, taking the game’s audio experience to the next level.
changedRegarding the Demo version, here’s a special note: It is currently mainly used to showcase the core gameplay, overall framework, and control feel. The level designs, some assets, and details inside are still not the final version and do not represent the final quality of the finished game. We will continue to polish and iterate based on everyone’s feedback, striving to bring you a better experience in the official version.
changedAdditionally, the Linux version is temporarily not included in this release because I currently don’t have a Steam Deck device and lack a graphical Linux testing environment, so I cannot guarantee a stable experience yet. However, this won’t last long. Players using Linux systems can experience the Demo through compatibility layers first. Once we resolve the device and environment issues, we will release the Linux version as soon as possible.
addedIf you are interested in this game, please add Cap 'n Barr's Adventure to your Wishlist and follow it. This will not only allow you to receive notifications about the game’s release, major news, and updates as soon as they happen, but also give us tremendous support and encouragement. Over the past few months, we have participated in multiple exhibitions and gatherings organized by GameZone, INDIE GAME HARBOR, and IGDA. Being able to communicate face-to-face with offline player friends, play together, and hear everyone’s genuine thoughts and suggestions has been very helpful to us. Thank you for the enthusiasm of our player friends and the opportunities provided by the organizers. We also look forward to playing and chatting about games with everyone next time~
