Repeated intro
Hello! We've just updated Cannon Crew to Alpha 5.1 - here's a list of some of the new features: - Taverns Taverns work as an upgrade screen as well as a checkpoint. You'll be able to upgrade your speed, cannons, vision and hire guards to help defend the castle! These Taverns are currently a work in progress. - New Survival Map The second survival map is now playable and is called "Chester Keep" This map features a rather tricky mechanic - a moving cannon that can be controlled by pressing buttons in the room behind. The map is definitely recommended for at least 3 players! But hey, give it a go! - Darkness The Infiltration levels or "sneaky levels" are now completely dark apart from the light from torches and the players - be careful, there might be guards hiding in the darkness! - "I need ammo" Saying "I need ammo" (Left Trigger on Xbox controller) when near a helper AI who is holding a cannon ball will make that helper bring the ammo to you and players have an option to take the ammo from them. - Lots of little bug fixes We're currently working on a map for the campaign so it'll be easier to go back and choose levels you've already completed. In the next update we should have a saving feature working - these saves will carry on over no matter how many players you have (for example, you can complete half the story solo and then finish the rest with a team of 4)
