changedHi all, the first update in the v0.2 phase (which will focus mainly on scheduling, realignment and long-term league progression) is here! The main addition is the ability to choose your non-conference opponents before the season begins. It also introduces tournament seed tracking in team history, as well as several performance and UI improvements/bug fixes. Changes listed below:
addedNew Features & Improvements - Players can now select their non-conference opponents before the season begins. Access this feature through the calendar button on the season preview page, or by clicking the schedule on the user school page. Changing your team’s non-conference schedule will impact the expected record for that season. - National and conference tournament seed information is now saved to team history entries.
fixedBug Fixes & Tweaks - Tournament bracket load times have been improved. - Fixed a bug where player stats weren't resetting to page 1 after changing the conference filter. - Improved performance of the custom logo feature, especially for large lists. - When the recruit block opens, the scroll view now jumps to the top of the list of interested schools and adjusts height to match the number of offers. - Clicking the settings button while the settings menu is already open now closes the menu. - Improvements made to day-to-day simulation speeds, particularly for large leagues. The total average simulation time was reduced by roughly 15-20%. - Fixed a bug where the user team’s national ranking on the main dashboard was occasionally lagging behind the actual ranking. - Made adjustments to the national ranking logic to make rankings stickier and fixed some faulty logic which would occasionally cause teams to jump significantly in rank after a close loss to a strong opponent.
