Native Steam Deck Support

Bzzzt game is now fully tested on Steam Deck, and with native Linux support, it runs perfectly and smoothly on this device. For the best experience, I suggest playing that at 60FPS and removing the framerate cap.

A cross-platform cloud system is implemented for saves, allowing players to play the game on multiple devices without losing progress.
