Progress update and state of the game

I've had a lot of changes since the last update in July. With windows 10 going out of support I've migrated to Linux. I've switched to using Linux and have been developing the game further.

addedI've had a lot of changes since the last update in July. With windows 10 going out of support I've migrated to Linux. I've switched to using Linux and have been developing the game further. I haven't gotten a Linux version running yet but hopefully I will have a Linux version. I've continued to work on Byte of the dead. I've had to rework a lot of the systems to make them more modular and useful. I've updated to Godot 4.5 and I have found a terrain editor and I've built a larger map with mountains and a new tunnel system. I've added a new resource gathering system, you can now gather resources from vehicles. These resources can be used to upgrade your base, create ammo and other supplies. I still have a lot of system to improve and hope to have a beta branch released. Here is a list of things I've been working on:
addedNew terrain system - New foliage system. - New tunnel system. - reworked mission system. - reworked base spawning system. - New ways to gather resources.
addedI'm hoping to have the beta branch for this new area soon.
