Added Story Mode difficulty selection. You can now select between Relax, Normal, and XXTREME difficulty when starting Story Mode with a new profile. This replaces the old double secret profile names.
Added Advanced Option to change Story Mode difficulty for an existing profile. This will create a copy of the profile with the new difficulty. You can only lower the difficulty. For a higher difficulty, you need to create a new profile.
Added Advanced Option to soften phone ring and steam whistle sounds.
Added Advanced Option to disable BurgerBot whining.
Added option for 6 simultaneous customers in Relax Mode if the game window is wide enough.
Show number of treats eaten by each customer instead of their star rating in the end level service graph for Extreme Mode.
Added explanation for why The Dude sometimes shows up unexpectedly on levels.
Disabled putting food on the treat table by default (for new profiles). Enable it in the advanced options.
Various order tweaks and bug fixes.
