Version 0.5.8 Update

Moved Cash Grab Mode from the Map to Arcade Mode. Right-click an item in a customer's order bubble to have BurgerBot 3.0 make it. Middle-click to send potato/egg/greenbeans to the pot.

In Cash Grab Mode, when you throw away an item with money powerups, the ingredients with the powerups will return to the conveyor belt. No more stressing (too much) about misclicks.
