Patch Notes

  1. Issue: Dari sometimes spawning at an abnormally large size

Myohwa and Dari were among the very first bunnies designed for the game.

Afterwards, I reduced their size by half to better match the map and overall scale, but some of the older object data remained. Because of this, a few players reported cases where those two bunnies would occasionally appear at a much larger size.

Some players told me they actually liked the larger version, so I hesitated for a while, but in the end I decided it was better to keep things consistent and removed the old data.

I sincerely apologize both to players who may miss the larger Dali, and to those who were inconvenienced by the inconsistency.

  1. Issue: Bunny occasionally walking “backwards”

This behavior was caused by safety logic that prevents the bunny from getting stuck on animated furniture.

If you wait a bit, the bunny eventually corrects its direction and walks normally again, but I’ve added extra safeguards so that when leaving such spots, the bunny more reliably recognizes the correct facing direction.

  1. Issue: Crops being hidden behind the field object after reloading the game

The field furniture is a grouped object made up of multiple elements (carrots/pumpkins, etc.) plus a background tile.

I first suspected broken layer inheritance as the main cause and adjusted layer settings accordingly.

Please note that some furniture with special motions or attached props is intentionally set to a higher sorting layer, so even if you adjust their order in placement mode, they may still appear above other furniture.

Additional Information

This will be the last patch for this year.

To everyone who is still playing the game: thank you so much.

Thanks to your reports, I was able to react quickly and deliver fixes. Including unannounced hotfixes, I’ve released more than 20 patches since launch. This was only possible because there are players who continued to enjoy the game despite its inconveniences.

However, due to limited time, energy, and the need to focus on my day-to-day livelihood, I no longer have the resources to keep investing in Bunny’s Tea Time at the same pace. This was not an easy decision to make.

From now on, only game-breaking issues that make progress impossible will be addressed.

Improvements and overhauls to UX and other non-critical areas will be temporarily put on hold.

Because every player’s environment is different, even after I test extensively and release a patch, issues may still occur under certain conditions. Any additional feedback left on the forums will be reviewed when development resumes.

If my situation becomes more stable, I hope to return with a content volume update in the first half of 2026.
