Bunny Guys! changes
I’ve made a few small improvements and fixed several issues.
Due to the currently high player numbers, I’m being a bit more careful with updates and changes as a solo developer to avoid overlooking anything or causing new issues. Since the game is also available on multiple platforms and stores, such as Epic Games, every update needs to be properly coordinated and tested before release.
Checkpoints
I also implemented your feedback regarding better checkpoint placement. In addition, extra grab points have been added in certain transition areas where the character can hold on more easily.
These changes should make the starting area much easier to get through now.
Day/Night Cycle
There was also an issue with the day/night cycle trigger box being unintentionally activated while using spectator mode during a round. This problem has now been fixed.
Leaderboard
I’m currently still working on the global leaderboard. Your stats are being transferred correctly, but they are not being displayed properly on the leaderboard screens at the moment. This issue only affects the global crossplay leaderboard. The Steam leaderboard is not affected and continues to work correctly.
