I actually wanted to start a big event… well. Good ideas often come exactly when the calendar is already laughing mockingly.

So let’s jump straight into the chaos: the official Wishlist Challenge! A small event where you decide how intense the Winter Sale discount will be. (Don’t worry: respawns are unlimited.)

Each of my games has its own challenge, and you have 10 days to leave your mark.

The Winter Sale Wishlist Challenge

With your wishlists, you influence how much the discount in the Winter Sale will escalate. I make the decision in the end, but you set the checkpoints.

🎯 Goal 1: +30 additional wishlists

➡️ Then I plan to set a 40% discount in the Winter Sale.

🎯 Goal 2: +50 additional wishlists

➡️ Then I plan to set a 60% discount in the Winter Sale.

Feel free to share the challenge with your friends; every wishlist is a cleanly timed jump toward the next goal.

And if suddenly, as if by magic, 50,000 new wishlists appear… Well. Then you’ll probably get the full program. What exactly? No idea. I’ll just press all the buttons at once. 😅

Why all of this?

Quite simple: wishlists are for indie games what checkpoints are for parkour bunnies, vital for survival.

As a solo developer, I don’t have giant marketing machines behind me. No teams, no budgets bigger than my bug collection. Visibility, Steam recommendations, new players, all of that only works with you. With the community. With the chaos squad that keeps respawning and says: “Oh come on, one more time.”

And the bigger event?

I’m still keeping that in my back pocket. I want to plan it properly before I start it, promise. This little event is basically the warm, hopped-up appetizer.
