Patch 1.0.6

Took some extra time to brainstorm a better implementation of the stamina toggle, that hopefully solves some of the need for one.

Stamina changes:

• Made stamina the default again, but kept the button for toggling it on and off.

• Increased your amount of stamina by 75%, so you're still forced to get moving, but not forced to perform flawlessly.

• Doubled the stamina regen speed, since there's usually no gameplay difference in reducing the wait time.

• Added a warning to the toggle stamina button to make it absolutely clear that the game was NOT designed to be played this way. It is purely an assist mode for those who otherwise would have put the game down.

Other changes:

• Disabled the cry button while the game is paused, since people seem to press B while trying to exit the menu.

• Fixed the cry sound continuing into the pause screen.
