Once a thriving port, the now dilapidated and derelict docks are certainly in need of some tender TLC. Our hero, the Halfway Hotel, has plans to redevelop the area into a magnet for consumers.
changedOf course, things are never that simple. The lofty high-end jewellery store is already complaining that he’s sat next to the ironmongers, and to make matters worse his low-rent neighbour is an old repurposed chimney stack! It was never going to be easy!
