Hey Builders! A quick heads-up: the past few weeks have been busy - the recent “silence” was only apparent because we’ve been wrapping a solid batch of improvements. We gathered your feedback (thank you!) and focused on what most affects comfort: performance and memory management. This patch is a meaningful step toward smoother gameplay and faster mission starts. We’re not stopping here, more changes are on the way.

Highlights
Significantly reduced RAM and VRAM usage.
Numerous graphics bug fixes and performance optimizations.
Reworked 2D UI assets for a lighter, faster interface.
Balance adjustments across all levels.
Immigrants arrive 50% faster (they’re lightly jogging now - and that’s good!).
Performance & Stability
Lower spikes in system memory (RAM) during long sessions.
Better video memory (VRAM) management on lower-capacity GPUs.
Fewer micro-stutters during autosaves and asset streaming.
Graphics
Fixed multiple lighting and shadow artifacts
Reduced distant object flicker and corrected LOD issues.
Unified color tuning for certain buildings and decorations.
Interface (UI)
Rebuilt parts of the 2D set (icons, panels, backgrounds) for better compression and batching.
Reduced UI texture sizes; menus and previews load faster.
Minor readability tweaks: contrast, padding, and element alignment.
Gameplay
Immigration: +50% arrival speed (people walk faster).
