addedWe're listening! Based on feedback from users, we have made some adjustments to BSL Winter Games Challenge. First, we have reduced collision detection sensitivity for sledding events. It is still possible to trigger a crash if you hit a wall hard, but for minor collisions you will likely bounce off the wall and keep going. Of course you still want to drive your sled carefully, as any collision will slow you down and you will lose valuable seconds on the clock. Second, we have made the slide rail obstacle for snowboard events easier. In previous versions, if you attempted the slide rail and failed to complete the slide accurately, you would crash. Now in most cases, if you fail to complete the slide, you will just jump back down to the slope and keep going. In this case, you will not get the bonus points for a successful slide rail execution, but you also won't crash and be sent back to the last checkpoint. If you jump off the slide rail early and subsequently crash into the rail, it is still possible to crash of course. Third, we have added arrow buttons to selection panels in the main menu for event, team and course selection. If navigating with a game controller or keyboard, these are much easier to use. If you are using a mouse, these new arrow buttons will work for you as well, but you also have the old scrollbar and direct click to select if you prefer. The choice is yours. Finally, we would like to extend a special thank you to Jennyverse ( http://www.youtube.com/jennyverselive ) who provided a detailed video which helped us to see areas where new users were specifically having problems, and was very helpful with feedback for this update. Thanks also to all of our users, and we hope you will enjoy the update.
