New this week: Snackrooms revamp, no-clip-a-matic door changes, more. This is a BETA update. Please use the Beta branch in BrVR's steam library page -> gear icon -> properties -> betas.
Added some new features to level 49
Level 49 now has a flooding event which causes low-lying areas to be filled with water. This can slow down your movement and impede combat. Some enemy positions and landscape features have been tweaked as well. I know I said it last week, but this week is most likely the last week it'll be in a preview state.
Added a new entity: The Trenchcleaner
This mech entity roams level 49 (as in the wiki). If you approach him, he will attempt to pursue and will attack you with two chain-guns. He can break objects in his path, although currently has some pathing issues that will be ironed out.
Added new effects to the no-clip-a-matic door
The no-clip-a-matic doors have stayed relatively the same for the past 2 years or so. However, I have added some enhancements to the experience of entering them by giving them depth; you no longer "bounce" off of the surface of the door and instead go through it. Inside of the door there is a glitched wall effect.
Added a preview of The Snackrooms revamp
The Snackrooms is getting a revamp and it's big. It is now styled similar to level 44 with more realistic-looking props and dining areas. There are also some back hallways to explore and some bathrooms, although more will be added. To visit it, go to the hub -> legacy museum -> aim2 -> turn around and you'll see a bunch of doors with level previews.
Now for some rapid-fire changes:
Added new crowbar and screwdriver hit noises
Fixed some issues with the reality stabilizer
Added more plastic resources to some levels
Fixed a few weird graphical issues in The Metro
