Thanks to everyone who is playing Breath of the Forest, especially those who take the time to report any issues they encounter in the game.
We are listening carefully to your comments and have identified and resolved a number of issues. These were the corrections we made in this major update.
Patch notes
Fixed the player collider bug, now players up to 2.10 meters high will have no problems when playing.
Change all textures in the game to a cartoon shader mainly the environment.
Now players will be able to choose between two different types of locomotion: Teleport or Walk movement.
We removed the change of weapons by the UI, now the players will be able to change between bow and arrow and spear and shield through the radial menu that will be in the controls.
Fixed the error in the bow and arrow.
Fixed the bug in the shield.
Fixed the movement error when using the oculus rift, quest and quest 2.
Change in the game dialog, now the player instead of using a pointer on the controller, will have to touch the button with his hand to advance in the dialogs.
Fixed text speed in dialogs.
The HUD will only show the amount of life of the player and the friends who will help you in certain stages.
Added Post Processing on both VIVE and Oculus.
Fixed problems with rendering shadows.
Correction of several problems with particle effects.
Added a new menu panel where the player can save, load, restart the current level, change the quality of the game, change the movement and exit the game.
