The Brawlhalla x Shrek crossover event will start July 29th! Shrek, Fiona, and Puss in Boots will join the brawl, and Donkey comes along as a Companion. There's also a new Map and more to enjoy with your fairy tale friends.
Aurus joins the Grand Tournament on June 17 alongside Battle Pass Classic Season 8! This gladiator uses nets to trap his enemies for follow up attacks with his Spear. He also wields his Chakram like a shield to throw at opponents and charge them down.
Aurus launches with 3 Skins and his doodle Avatar.

We’re hard at work on In-Game Tournaments and are excited to share with you some updates on the bracket system that we’ve been designing for it.
In the first release of In-Game Tournaments, we’ll support 4, 8, and 16 player double elimination brackets. In the work in progress screenshots below, you can see what your experience might look like on release. Here, we see our community manager take on the rest of the BMG devs, ending with an epic clash with Foda in the Grand Finals. Keep in mind that this is an early look, so the brackets may not look like this in a few months!

On launch, you’ll be able to participate in brackets like these through our In-Game Tournaments menu, which you can look forward to trying out later this year.

The Brawlhalla World Championship Expo returns November 13-15th at the Georgia International Convention Center in Atlanta Georgia. Revel with our global community, partake in our $200,000 World Championship, and witness the biggest reveals of 2026 in person. (We’re also running back the cosplay contest.)

The next core gameplay feature we’re working on is improving Weapon spawns. Currently, it’s hard to know where the next Weapon is going to spawn in the heat of battle. In an upcoming Experimental Queue, we’ll test a new approach where Weapons will spawn based on the positions of the players in the match, which should make it easier to know where they’ll land.
More information, including when you can test this out, will come at a later date.
Return to the depths of Terminus for this classic Battle Pass Season on June 17! Join Petra’s resistance fighters called the Incarnates and fight through the Battle Pass missions to claim all 85 tiers of rewards like the Corrupted Blood Tezca Progression Skin and Termidex Epic Skin. This time around, there’s a new Chakram Skin, plus get the Deluxe for an exclusive Title, Emote, and Sidekick.
The summer Heatwave Event returns July 8 with even more things to earn for free, like the Surfer Raptor Skin & Pool Party Colors. Plus there’s a new Podium, Surfin’ Emote, the return of the 2017 Podium, and a giant bundle that includes all previously released Heatwave Skins like last year’s Seadragon Ragnir Skin!
