Changed side vs up priority back to the old way for controllers.
Added new option under controls called "Treat Jump As Up" for keyboards to get the old method.
Improved directional interpretation on controllers. Should make throw direction more intuitive.

Added turn animations while in the air.
Bug Fixes
Fixed a bug causing moving platforms to start in the wrong position in offline modes. This was most obvious on The Enigma.
Fixed a bug where you could end up in a group twice.
Fixed rare server crash.
Fixed dodging on the Mayflash GameCube controller adapter for WiiU.
Decreased the occurrences of players falling through the collisions on The Enigma.
Fixed a bug that caused the sword d-ground to sometimes not leave the ground if the player moved across collisions on the exact tick the attack was supposed to leave the ground. This could be seen on Thundergard Stadium or Brawlhaven if done near the soft platforms, or on The Enigma during the third formation when the two large hard platforms are connected.
