-fixed some visual settings issues

-Some small UI tweaks: removed timer in adventure mode, changed so by default the mini map always appears with a texture, and moved parts of hud around

-Removed Bash from single player

-fixed an item bug where it would display text after being picked up -Fixed an issue where nearest enemy indicator pointed to dead enemies -Fixed some issues where characters or environment unintentionally pulled camera in too tight -Fixed some but not all issues with npc behavior. NPCs ignore you less when you swap characters and don't get stuck in walking loops as often. -updated some items' text -Updated city pvp map
