Received some great feedback from everyone following the demo upload. Some of you seem to have really enjoyed it 11% of players have more than 10 hours in the demo! In light of the feedback I've spent some time fixing bugs in addition to making updates and improvements to some of the existing systems.
View Locking
You can now lock an agents view in the direction they are currently looking. If they are shot or see any enemy outside they locked view direction they will turn to engage the target before returning to their assigned lock view direction. Direction arrows on their walk path will clear the lock view.
Heart Beat Icon
The heart beat icon, could be hard to pick up when an enemy was stationary on a dark floor tile. A yellow spinning border has been added to help them be more visible.
Autosaves
Sadly a few players had game saves that got corrupted due to bugs. The game will now make an autosave every time a new mission is started. These will show up as numbered saves.
Weapon Ammo labels
It was sometimes a chore to figure out what weapons took what ammo types. Weapons will now display their ammo type after their name. This will show both on menus and in combat, so that players are not left guessing what ammo type a weapon uses.
All these improvements plus a few more are in the new demo build that was uploaded last night. Their are a few areas of feedback that haven't been addressed yet including how the game displays at some higher screen resolutions. I'm shooting have those resolved soon. In the mean time work continues on the main game. Currently looking to hit a release later this year.
