YO!

Did you know that I've been slowly updating the demo? All because of YOUR feedback! I just forgot to make any patch notes since I launched it!

I've got a huge list, but if you don't care about that, just try out the demo again!

The short list:

CO-OP is here!

Remote play is good enough!

  • FULL CO-OP is available in arcade mode, letting you play the first two levels in their entirety.

  • Versus mode has been added! It's not balanced at all!

  • Player indicators have been updated to help player's keep track of where their character is on the screen.

  • Enemies health is increased in co-op.

  • Enemies will switch targets to the last player who attacked them.

CAMPAIGN VS ARCADE MODE!

Sometimes I skip cutscenes.

  • Campaign mode plays out the story of Biff! Includes cutscenes and unique boss fights!

  • Arcade mode is a classic arcade experience! Play through (in the demo only) the first two levels with no interruptions. You can play as either Biff or Sue, and play cooperatively with a friend!

PROFESSIONAL DIFFICULTY

This game is too easy!

  • Hardcore has been replaced with Professional (just a name swap)

  • Enemies deal TWICE the damage, and no longer randomly drop healing items!

  • Limited continues! You only have three lives per level, and losing sends you back to the start of the level you were on. However, unlike before, getting ko'd means you'll revive right where you fell!

  • Bosses have unique patterns and attacks exclusive to this difficulty.

  • Normal mode also has lives, but you'll just have to restart the room you're currently in.

SUE FLAY'S FULL MOVESET (and Biff stuff I guess...)

If you hadn't noticed, she was a little lacking in the moves department. And if you didn't know, she's the green one.

  • Sue Flay has a new set of unique moves all bound to the usual special move inputs. Try her out in training mode! (try air grabbing with some meter for her i-sue-na drop!)

  • She's got an airdash now too.

  • Her animation data is more in-line with Biff's, like her wakeup and grab animation.

  • Sue has heavy finishers for all light string variations. (ex: l -> h is different from l -> l -> h)

  • Biff has heavy finishers for all light string variations. (ex: l -> h is different from l -> l -> h)

  • If you time it right, Biff's got a move that can drop tiger sharks...

HUGE GAMEPLAY OVERHAUL

It's an actual game now!

  • Added grabs and throws into the game! Very important for surviving on Professional difficulty.

  • Added reversals! These replace the easy special button. Press the button to do an invincible attack that clears enemies around you. They require meter as well, but if you have none you can sacrifice a bit of your health to perform them instead.

  • Added running! Hold dodge to run, and you have two new specials out of a running state for light and heavy attack.

  • Some attacks (mainly throws) will send enemies into states where they'll crash into other enemies, causing a knockdown. Try using these to contain crowds!

  • Jumping now commits you to a direction. This makes jumping more risky, but air-dashing and air special moves a lot more viable. You can still change the direction you're facing while midair.

  • Getting hit in the air will cause an instant juggle state for both players and enemies.

  • You can no longer chain dashes together, but the cooldown remains the same. The game
