Thank you for your support! It will soon be 11 years since Bot Colony was launched - that's a LONG time, and I don't know how many of you still remember the game.

changedThank you for your support! It will soon be 11 years since Bot Colony was launched - that's a LONG time, and I don't know how many of you still remember the game. I thank everybody who played Bot Colony and gave us money and/or feedback, positive or negative. We worked on the game from 2009 to 2014, and at that time, Bot Colony was ahead of its time, technology-wise. We underestimated the project scope and had to part with 40 people from a team of 45. Those customers who saw the promise and became fans inspired us to keep going. We never gave up on Bot Colony and kept working on the game, with a much smaller team. changedPlan going forwardShortly, we plan to retire Bot Colony. We look forward to participating in the Steam Next Fest on June 9 with the free Bot Colony _redux demo. On June 16, we plan to kick off the closed beta by invitation. If you're interested in participating in the closed beta, please reach out - we'll need to budget servers for this event and invite you to our Discord. We'll work with Valve to enable all existing paying customers of Bot Colony to transition to Bot Colony _redux and receive a starting game currency allocation. Bot Colony _redux and/or the free demo require cloud resources to run. We have to pay for those resources. We hope Bot Colony _redux will provide a premium immersive experience worth paying for.
