Obsessed with kicking bottles? Kick a bottle at the last second to split into 3 and hit 3 foes. Dash through enemies to spawn mini-AOEs. Do damage with your shockwave, and hit multiple enemies to multiply the effects! Perhaps my favorite is the ability to do one dash without any recovery period or roll. This comes in handy in the 7 multi-phase boss fights you'll encounter along your way.

Alternatively, contextual moves like the dash combos are more intuitive and great for keeping enemies at bay and doing damage over time. Upgrading Jack to fit your playstyle is essential to defeating the Pirate King, but mastery of the mechanics, movement, and enemy designs is equally important!
