Dear Players: To enhance overall service quality and address the increasing load pressure on certain servers, we will be progressively carrying out architecture upgrades and data migration across our game servers.

In the course of this process, due to differences in historical data structures on individual servers, some records from certain accounts may not be fully preserved. To earnestly safeguard player rights and interests, we are hereby establishing the following unified policy regarding the refund of purchases.

Scope of Eligibility

All accounts with purchase records on any server prior to this maintenance operation.

Purchase Refund Policy

For eligible accounts, the full amount of all historical purchases (including items, gift packs, monthly passes, and other consumed goods that have already been used) will be fully restored to a newly created character designated by you on your original account, in the form of equivalent in-game currency or items of equal value.

How to Apply

Please send the following materials to our customer service email:

  • Purchase verification: Steam purchase history screenshots or transaction reference numbers, clearly showing the time of purchase, amount, and item name;

  • Original account information: original server + character nickname;

  • New account information: your current Steam ID + the server and nickname of your newly created character.

Important Notes — Please Read Carefully Before Submitting

  • All applications will be manually verified one by one. The final refund amount shall be determined based on cross-referencing with our backend data. Applications that cannot be matched against backend records will not be accepted.

  • Once verification is complete, the refunded content will be issued to the new account you have provided in the form of in-game currency or items. No cash refund will be offered.

  • Each purchase record is eligible for refund only once, and each Steam account may submit only one application. Duplicate submissions or fraudulent claims across multiple accounts, once verified, will result in disqualification from the refund program.
