Server Upgrade & Purchase Refund Announcement

Dear Players:

Due to the growing load pressure on some servers, we have successively carried out server architecture upgrades and data migrations. During this process, due to differences in historical data structures, some account data may not be fully preserved.

To protect players' rights and interests, we hereby establish the following unified plan.

Scope of Eligibility

Old accounts whose characters have been wiped on any server.

Purchase Refund Policy

Based on the actual situation of the account, equivalent top-up currency or a returning beginner gift pack will be refunded to a new character within the account.

How to Apply

Please send the following materials to our customer service email:

• If you have proof of purchase, please provide: Steam purchase history screenshots or transaction IDs, clearly showing the purchase time, amount, and item name.

• Original account information: original server + character nickname.

• New account information: your current Steam ID + the server and nickname of your newly created character.

Important Notes — Please Read Carefully Before Submitting

• All applications will be manually verified one by one. Applications that cannot be matched with backend records will not be accepted.

• Each Steam account may only submit one application. Duplicate submissions or fraudulent claims using multiple accounts will, upon verification, result in disqualification from the refund.

• This plan takes effect immediately. Specific maintenance times and the list of affected servers will be announced separately.
