Book Nook is Now Oomi's Nook

Today we'd like to share an important update about our game.

The official English title of our game is updated from Book Nook to Oomi's Nook.

If you've already wishlisted the game on Steam, there's nothing you need to do. Your wishlist, the Steam page, and the game itself will remain exactly the same. Only the title is changing.

Why are we changing the name?

Over the past few months, another game using the title Book Nook has appeared on steam.

To avoid confusion when players search for, discuss, or recommend our game in the future, we've decided to adopt a new English title.

Our New Name: Oomi's Nook

The new title combines the name of our mascots and the heart of the game itself.

Oomis are adorable rabbit-eared octopus creatures who live throughout the world of our game. They can be found in different scenes, quietly accompanying players as they decorate rooms, arrange furniture, and bring tiny spaces to life.

Nook means a cozy little corner.

In our game, every level is like a miniature scene hidden inside a pop-up storybook. From cafés and flower shops to castles and seaside retreats, each page reveals a new little corner waiting to be discovered.

We felt that Oomi's Nook captures the spirit of the game better than ever.

We're currently aiming to launch in late 2026 or early 2027. We'll continue sharing updates as development moves forward.
