New Celestial Wrath Equipment: Starflow Turbo
When Starflow Turbo is equipped, the vehicle's Attack Bonus multiplier will be positively scaled by the vehicle level.
Furthermore, the Attack Bonus multiplier also applies to the Recovery Bonus multiplier and HP Bonus multiplier.
In addition, all XP gained by the vehicle will also be scaled by its level.
