Easy mode added:

6 lives instead of 3
Boss health reduced
All small medi packs switched for medium medi packs
Reviver zombie removed and replaced with ranged enemy

- Keyboard prompts now appear when playing with keyboard - Hit range increased in Z depth - Reviver Zombie now has a tip of how to kill it – explosive Kill Required appear above his head
