Fixed the save bug where if you reset your save and finished a level, you couldn't move until you went back to the settings menu or closed the game.
Fixed a few level-specific collision bugs.
Some small visual optimizations, reducing triangle counts on most of the meshes.
Slight visual changes to make the different types of block more distinct from each other (especially near the end of the game).
