Blobular is Real!!
We first started working on Blobular itself on February 13th (This is around we first made the GitHub repo).. Almost a year ago since the time of this post! Blobular has come a looooong way.. And we're super excited to have the game up on Steam for everyone to enjoy. If you haven't already, we'd appreciate it if you take the time to wish list or buy the game. It'd mean a lot! Huge thank you to everyone whose helped us out along the way. It really took truly took so much time and effort to get here and we are proud to say: Hubert has finally been freed. Yay!!

Development Fun Facts
Liz and I (Ziyad) made about 4-5 sequels to Blobular for our University projects. Including a real Hubert plush!
The game originally used a grass system created by MinionsArt - But there were some issues with shadows we couldn't figure out. This resulted in Liz creating a literal shadow realm in order to create.. Shadows. We ended up removing this as it. Uh. Doubled. The game's tri count.
The model Ciel made for the Blarrot (Blob carrot)... Is called "Parsnip". None of us noticed for the longest time, so we never changed it to be an actual parsnip.
In Hubert's Original design, he has 4 legs, no hubies (arms), no nose and no mouth; Thus we called him.. Pigbert!
Between two of our developers it is a well known fact that Celeste cannot do a backflip, but Ciel can.
