What's coming up?

Hey everyone, just thought I'd give you a quick update on what I've been working on. Some of the base systems are changing so it's taking me quite a bit longer to get the next update ready.

Repeated intro

Hey everyone, just thought I'd give you a quick update on what I've been working on. Some of the base systems are changing so it's taking me quite a bit longer to get the next update ready. That being said I didn't want you guys to be left in the dark, so here is a quick overview of what I've been working on: - Trading cards (but you knew about this one right?) - Smoothing out some of the effects, so they have greater compatibility. This is for the upcoming Mac + mobile releases. - Optimizing some of the traps - A few more indicators on the level select screen, which would let you know which areas you've gotten all the stars in (this includes boss stages) - A checkpoint system: Ok so this one may or may not happen, but due to some player feedback I'm gonna try to implement one. This would really only be in the longer stages, and using one would negate your ability to get a star at the end of a level. - Changing up how the music loads, which should speed up the process quite a bit and hopefully reduce memory cost. I know it's not a big deal on PC, but it's causing me major grief on mobile, so why not give the PC version the benefit as well? - Trying to get steam controller support in, will see how this turns out. It works now but none of the prompts come up. That's kind of an issue I think. - Attempting to get proper steam overlay support too. Not sure how well this will go. - Probably another head for easter, we'll see ;) That's all I can think of for now. Thanks for baring with me on this. Talk to you all soon!
