Update - Version 1.011

Hey everyone! After receiving some feedback there's been an update applied this morning. Here are a list of the more relevant changes: - The warp pieces you have collected / missed now appear over the levels they are located in. - The font for the warp piece indicator changes to "WARP" once you've collected all three needed for the area. - The warp piece / selection box in the world select screen now changes to a star if you've aced it. - Restart / Context menu for gamepad has been changed to 'Y' to prevent confusion with the start button. - There is now a quick restart quick key --> "R" for keyboard and "Y" for gamepads. - Area 2-2-5 "Precision" has been toned down slightly. - Area 4-9-9 "Gauntlet IX" has had one section made less...unfair.
