Fixed an issue that prevented you inscribing a rune on a weapon if loaded in your hand or on a rack without dropping it first.
The smithy bell will now spawn a new customer if you ring it with fewer than 3 customers on the map.
The cutler will no longer teleport out of bed if you ring the bell while he's sleeping.
There is now a scrap bin beside the ore stand that stops any object you drop in it being saved. Useful for getting rid of ingots you don't want to finish making. Anything you pull back out of the bin will be saved.
