fixedHotFixAll, many apologies, tonight's patch broke the smelter. Clearing the request values on inventory screen caused the smelter to produce either a bugged Ingot or no Ingot at all. I've just tested on the live steam version and both Smelter and Anvil are now working fine.
fixedHotFixBig thanks to Mike and Cradochard for letting me know so quickly, making sure it was only bugged for about 90 minutes.
