New Beta branch

A beta version has been published on the beta branch, allowing you to play the next version through the new solo mode.

This version is likely stable, some features of the new version are still incomplete, but the base game is already enhanced compared to the current official version. And yes, it means a new official version is coming very soon. As I already said, it includes many refinements to the base game, the most important one being the new tax collector job that will balance the economy by crippling the gains of those dirty idling business owners, as denounced in this devlog post: Blêktre 2081 or the Real World : who's the biggest capitalistic a$$sh0le ? But many other things are being added in this new version.
