We have released a patch to resolve unexpected issues such as crashes that have been occurring on STEAM. Changes and Adjustments Fixed an issue where the screen would turn red and then crash after launching the game.

We have confirmed that some issues have been resolved by this update. However, if you continue to encounter problems, we will prioritize investigating and addressing them. When you encounter crashes or unexpected behaviors, we kindly request that you provide details in the comments of this thread. We would greatly appreciate it if you could provide the following information:

  • GPU

  • CPU

  • OS (e.g., Windows 10, Windows 11 HOME, Windows 11 PRO)

  • OS version

  • Graphics mode (Quality mode, Balanced mode, Performance mode)

  • Window mode (Windowed, Borderless Window, Fullscreen)

  • Game language

  • PC's regional settings/language

  • Details of the issue

Additionally, if a crash report file is generated during a crash, we would be grateful if you could send it to Bandai Namco Customer Support along with the above information.
