Blagmoz changes
Dearest Mozzlings,
The moon has shined its glorious light upon us on this magical day, because the Blagmoz Level Editor Update is finally out! Don't let the name fool you, there's a whole lot more than a level editor that comes with it, too. With this update, we hope to make Blagmoz a more complete package that allows you to express your creativity and customize your experience.
Level Editor
Create, share, and play community Blagmoz levels with the brand new Level Editor through Steam Workshop! We're super excited to see what you all create. If you want a preview of what's possible, check out this fantastic level pack made by one of our team members, Castle Outskirts.
New Game Mode and Modifiers
We've added a new game mode, Spell Rush, where where wizards compete to get kills with increasingly difficult spells. And, you can now create potion loadouts to start each round with a set of potions. You can play a game where everyone has wing and a bubble shield, or play an entire frog v. frog v. frog v. frog match!
New Potions
This update brings two new potions; Midas's Blessing (above) which allows you to turn to gold and block attacks at a moment's notice, and Lightning in a Bottle, which brings the lightning powerup from The Ashes into the rest of the realms in the game. The Shield spell's shove attack has also been buffed significantly, and it now stuns players who are hit by it and tracks environmental kills as kills for the player who pushed you into them.
Giant Gnome
The Forest now has a new game mechanic -- the Giant Gnome! Offer him a corpse and be rewarded (or cursed) with a random potion effect.
One last thing, join our Discord to show off your levels, bounce ideas around, or chat with us and other players. We look forward to seeing you there :)
Special thanks to our Discord members who helped test out the update!
This update has been a long time in the making, and we're really pleased with how it turned out. Have fun, and happy casting!
