■ Scope of Compensation
All paid products purchased between the maintenance held on 12/9/2025 – 3/10/2026 (PST)
- Paid products purchased during the above period will be processed for cancellation/refund in accordance with each platform’s policy. Please refer to the inquiry methods for each store below and submit your request accordingly.

Refunds will only be processed for users who submit a 1:1 inquiry through the End of Service refund page and consent to personal data collection and use.
Refund procedures and schedules may vary depending on the laws and regulations of your country of residence.
Refund criteria may differ by region based on applicable laws and regulations.
Please ensure that your request is submitted within the specified period for smooth processing.
Refunds will only be processed for requests with verifiable purchase records (ex. receipts).
Please ensure all required information is entered accurately.
Required fields must be completed in the specified format. The company is not responsible for any disadvantages caused by incorrect or missing information.
Refunds will not be processed if the submitted documents do not match the provided information.
For Google Play Store and Steam, store receipts (with transaction ID) must be submitted. For PURPLE, payment receipts are required.
Please ensure that the order (transaction) ID is entered exactly as shown in the store.
Requests submitted after the deadline may not be processed.
