■ Important Notes on Refunds

  • Refunds will only be processed for users who submit a 1:1 inquiry through the End of Service refund page and consent to personal data collection and use.

  • Refund procedures and schedules may vary depending on the laws and regulations of your country of residence.

  • Refund criteria may differ by region based on applicable laws and regulations.

  • Please ensure that your request is submitted within the specified period for smooth processing.

  • Refunds will only be processed for requests with verifiable purchase records (ex. receipts).

  • Please ensure all required information is entered accurately.

  • Required fields must be completed in the specified format. The company is not responsible for any disadvantages caused by incorrect or missing information.

  • Refunds will not be processed if the submitted documents do not match the provided information.

  • For Google Play Store and Steam, store receipts (with transaction ID) must be submitted. For PURPLE, payment receipts are required.

  • Please ensure that the order (transaction) ID is entered exactly as shown in the store.

  • Requests submitted after the deadline may not be processed.​
