Blacksea Odyssey changes
Ahoy, space-huntsman! We busted our butts fixing tons of bugs and balancing issues last week! We can't thank you all enough for being such an integral part of making Blacksea Odyssey awesome! The game has become very stable and balanced because of everyone actively participating in the Steam forums and sending us detailed bug reports. As we dev our way onward to v1.0, we couldn't be happier to have such a great community! With the bugs and balacing mostly out of the way, you can all look forward to a fierce new abyss boss next week!

Added a small light aura around all coral
Added Split Shot damage per second into character stats
Added rippable parts to Puff Daddy
Added new spear rune: Hold Her Steady 2, 3, and 4
Added new loading door sprites
Added blood explosions for boss deaths
Bugs Fixed
Fixed an issue that was causing Leviathan's eye to teleport
Fixed poison damage not displaying correctly on character stats
Fixed Infernal spear displaying wrong damage in character stats
Fixed an issue that was turning Critical Shot 2 into Critical Shot 1
Fixed an issue where Spawn Zones were not going away in the desert biome
Fixed collision detection between Erakno Spitters and structures
Fixed an issue that would reset item positions in belt upon saving and loading
Fixed enemies using there enchanted effects after death
Fixed bosses using there enchanted effects in depths
Fixed player not being able to continue after beating a boss on rare occasions
Fixed Frost Puffers losing there fire enchantment
Fixed players being rammed by the side of Leviathan at the start of the fight
Fixed speedrun timer starting late
Fixed in-game textual indicators layering over inventory and options menu
Fixed rune name inconsistencies and description mixups
Fixed rare zoom bug
Balancing
Increased the speed of all Star Angel lightning orbs by 20%
Increased the lifetime of Athrel the Fallen's lightning orbs by 30%
Increased the number of projectiles Athrel the Fallen fires from 3 to 4
Increased Athrel the Fallen's health by 5000
Increased all Star Angel's circular speed by 60%
Increased all Star Angel's rotational speed by 25%
Darkened player light in abyss biome by 30%
Darkened structures in the abyss biome by 100%
Doubled health of Sandspewer's head
Added a secondary attack for Wyv the Elder
Increased Wyv the Elder's flee speed by 25%
Increased Wyv the Elder's health by 1000
Slowed down Leviathan's tail projectiles by 40%
Reduced Cthulhu'd arm speed by 10%
Reduce Cthulhu's head's rotation speed by 25%
Increased Cthulhu's health by 3000
Added more fire and lightning damage to the Rune of the Elements
Nethergoblin's tongues attack more frequently
Nethergoblins now occasionally leave their ramming pattern to return for a full speed strike
