Map is Constant Autumn - fix kinetic interrupt dock button is incorrectly disabled in safehouse - Camera optimization: We don't need to show (or could defer showing) NPCs spawn at start of NPC phase: they will always either move or idle. This will save some camera panning - added victory screen interstitial
