QoL and Minor Fixes 1.05

Added some QoL changes and bug fixes based on player feedback:

• Added a subtitle toggle in the options menu; You can now disable subtitles

• Added ability to swap inventory items via the mouse scroll wheel

• Added additional tutorial text

• Updated the phone's "help" guide with better hints in less text

• Changed some hint text within the death screen

• Fixed a potential game error that occurs when you exit to menu in the middle of a cutscene

• Fixed chasing logic with one of the game's ghostly enemies

• Increased the time that the objective text stays on the screen when starting the game
