The Olvia Academy is rising—a haven for budding adventurers in need of spreading their wings of growth. It will offer hands-on training with Black Desert’s core systems.

NPC Justin Bartali will not appear during the "[Event] Justin's Extraordinary Discovery" quest if you are currently progressing through [Justin's Return] or [Olvia Project] quests. Justin Bartali will only appear after you have completed all quests up to "[Olvia Project] How Fares the Construction?" via the Black Spirit (,).
