[Resolved] Issue Regarding Game Access After Weekend Deal Promotion

We are currently investigating an issue where the base game pass, Black Desert, obtained during the 1/2-1/6 Free Weekend Deal promotion, is only playable as the free trial version instead of the permanent access version. Adventurers who acquired the game pass during this period are currently being prompted to purchase the game in order to continue playing. We are currently working with Steam to update the free trial of the base game to the permanent version.
